Initial Consultation$100 The initial consultation is a one hour information-gathering meeting held with Susan and the parents (or adult client) to discuss educational concerns and to answer questions regarding the evaluation, Pertinent information is reviewed. If an educational evaluation is indicated, academic and cognitive testing is scheduled.
Full Independent Psycho-Educational Evaluation$1800 A breakdown of the components is provided below.

Review of academic and other records
Consult with teachers and/or therapists as needed
Administer individualized academic achievement testing (approximately 1 ½ hours)
Score academic tests, collaborate with school psychologist, integrate data, prepare report

Individualized cognitive testing (approximately 1 ½ hours)
Score cognitive tests, collaborate with Susan, integrate data, prepare report
In depth follow-up meeting with parents/client, Susan, and school psychologist (1 ½ hours).
Summary and interpretation
Conner's Rating Scale ($100 when accompanied by a full educational evaluation; otherwise billed at $100 per hour)
Conner’s Comprehensive ($175 when accompanied by a full educational evaluation; otherwise billed at $100 per hour)
Interview and checklist with parents, teachers and adult students
In depth follow-up meeting with academic diagnostician, parents/client and school psychologist

Note: Contact-less payment through Venmo is preferred: however, personal checks or cash are accepted. Payment is due at the time of the academic evaluation. As a fee-for-service private practice, we cannot bill insurance companies for evaluations.
